Does your headshot photographer shoot with studio light, natural light, or a mix of the two? Sensitivity to bright outdoor light, unfavorable weather, or unflattering lighting in general, can all play a part in a disasterous photo shoot. If the photographer relies heavily on one light source in particular, be sure to inquire about alternatives, if it turns out not to be a good match for you. Squinty eyes, or unflattering shadows on the face are all to common, and will ship wreck your shoot for sure.
