hi, my name is Roque Torres, and I’m going to teach you how to motivate yourself in a minute or less. it’s a two step process. the first thing you want to do is you want to track your success. so you get a paper and you track down your successes. now, what you focus on matters, so maybe you were able to overcome something, maybe you paid out a bill that you were supposed to pay, something you did that you were avoiding but you got done. that is focusing on your success. the second step is: be in gratitude. be grateful for the things that you have. maybe you have a dog, maybe you don’t, but maybe you have a spouse, maybe you don’t, but what you have you want to focus on that and you want to be in gratitude. because if you focus on what you have and not on what you don’t have, you will be motivated. so, there’s the two steps. first, track your success, right, the things you have done and focus on that, and track what you can be grateful for. these two things should keep you motivated all the time. is that understood? great.
