Just a thought...are you going to have male guests at your wedding? At an outdoor, you could offer flip-flops to everyone, but if you go with slippers for the female, what type of footwear will you give the males? And, how will you determine sizes? With flip-flops, sizes can be much more general, but a slipper is fitted and needs to be an exact size. And, maybe it is just me, but I think footwear as a wedding favor is a little strange. Don't get me wrong, I think giving flip-flops at an outdoor wedding is a GREAT idea, but once you decided to move the event indoors, you may want to reconsider your choice to have footwear as a wedding favor.
References :
I think these are what you are talking about, hope this helped.

p.s just so you know, if you add the slippers to "your basket" you can change the quantity there.
